I help people and teams grow awareness, strengthen trust, and create lasting change.

I support people and teams who work with people through coaching, supervision, and training to make sense of their professional experiences, become aware of relational patterns, and strengthen collaboration in ways that bring clarity, trust, and sustainable change in daily work.

Evelyn Soidla – the person behind the name and titles

I am Evelyn Soidla, ICF PCC coach, level 7 supervisor, and trainer with roots in over 20 years of guiding people, and for the past 8 years I have supported growth and change in both the education sector and in growth-phase companies and entrepreneurs.

I deeply believe that there is goodness and rich resources in every person; change happens when we dare to push ourselves out of our comfort zone for a moment. This conviction – that development requires moderate discomfort – guides me in both work and life.

I am a mother of three daughters – a role that trains patience, creativity, and a sense of humour daily. Travelling is my source of “new energy”: new cultures and perspectives keep my mindset fresh and curious. Curiosity is my daily fuel, driving me to discover new places on the map and new approaches in professional development.

Coaching is a structured collaboration aimed at achieving a specific goal, building skills, or shaping habits. It can be a single session or a longer process.

Testimonials

According to clients, I bring a calm presence and a curious yet challenging mirror to conversations. I combine systemic thinking, creative metaphors, and a solution-focused approach to help people and teams see patterns they do not notice in their daily work.

Evelyn developed, tested, and refined a unique development programme for teachers. She also created a training course for transitioning from language teacher to language coach, which has been highly valued by its participants. Evelyn is the best example of lifelong learning and a strong focus on growth. She is determined and hardworking. I would describe her as a pleasant and curious person who started from the grassroots level and has invested in her professional development with determination and intention.

"Evelyn is the best example of lifelong learning and a strong focus on growth."

Director, Multilingua Language School and Competence Centre

My strength is noticing both the patterns and the person behind them – I create an environment where one can safely open up, understand their experiences, and take conscious steps towards change.

How We Start Working Together

1.

Mapping

Once the picture is clear, we will design your development journey together. This may include individual or team coaching, supervision, training – or a combination of these. The focus always remains on what is the most meaningful bridge between your strategy and your people’s actual needs.

I will then send you an initial outline and proposal. If needed, we refine it together – sharpening the goals and tailoring the content so that the programme truly fits your or your team’s real needs. I keep the process flexible because along the way new ideas or priorities may arise, leading us to adjust the sequence of topics or add completely new parts.

2.

Assessment and Proposal

If we decide to move forward, I thoroughly explore your (or your team’s) current situation – needs, background, previous experiences, growth potential, and opportunities to build skills and awareness. Together, we ask: what do you expect from our collaboration, what would be a clear goal, and what outcomes would prove that we have successfully completed our work together? We also agree on possible metrics to look back on and assess effectiveness later. This meeting can also be called a “chemistry” meeting. If you feel there is no chemistry, there is no obligation to continue – an honest and safe beginning is very important to me.

3.

Implementation and Results

The implementation phase flows more smoothly – thorough preparation has been essential. We proceed along the agreed path, with short check-ins before each meeting to clarify the current situation and focus areas if needed. Along the way, we regularly pause to reflect: where have we reached, are we moving in the right direction, or do we need to adjust our course or pace slightly?

4.

Summaries and Sustainability

By monitoring metrics and gathering feedback, we keep the focus consistently on the goals and planned outcomes we agreed on at the start. According to our agreement, I collect input via a short survey, team meeting, or both to assess where we have reached. At the end, there is always a joint closing session with the client: we analyse lessons learned, consolidate best practices, and – equally important – celebrate what has been achieved.
